Klumpke's PalsyKlumpke's palsy is a type of brachial plexus palsy in which the lower nerves of the brachial plexus aer injured causing paralysis of the muscles of the hand and forearm. In Klumpke's palsy, the nerve roots at C8 (eighth cervical vertebrae) and T1 (first thoracic vertebrae) are injured. When a child has suffered an injury related to prenatal care, labor or delivery, it is understandable for the parents to have questions about the injury, their legal rights and the legal rights of the child.
